항상 RBW와 소속 아티스트를 응원해 주시는 팬 여러분, 주주님들께 진심으로 감사드립니다.
RBW는 각 레이블의 전문성을 강화하고 아티스트에게 더욱 집중할 수 있는 환경을 만들기 위해 그룹 내 레이블 운영 체계 중 일부를 아래와 같이 개편합니다.
■ ㈜WM엔터테인먼트는 ㈜스트레인지랩 (StrangeLab)으로 사명을 변경합니다.
지난 4월 포괄사업양수도 되어 기 흡수된 ‘257엔터테인먼트’와 ‘㈜WM엔터테인먼트’는 ㈜스트레인지랩 (StrangeLab) 이라는 하나의 이름 아래 새로운 시작을 함께하게 됩니다. ‘WM엔터테인먼트’라는 이름은 오랜 시간 함께해 온 소중한 여정으로 남기고, 앞으로는 StrangeLab이라는 새로운 이름으로 미래를 만들어가고자 합니다.
■ ㈜스트레인지랩 (StrangeLab) 은 다음의 두가지 사업을 주요 골자로 합니다.
첫번째는, RBW 그룹이 보유한 음원 및 영상, 아티스트 등의 IP (지식재산권) 와 IT 기술을 접목해 글로벌 부가가치를 극대화 시키는 신규 전략사업들을 수행할 예정입니다.
두번째는 XLOV와 LU의 소속사로서 프로듀싱, 기획, 제작 등 아티스트 관련 업무 전반을 총괄하는 엔터테인먼트 사업을 계속 수행하게 되며, ‘StrangeLab’만의 독창적인 뮤직 레이블로 성장시킬 계획입니다.
■ 아티스트 ‘오마이걸 (OH MY GIRL)’ 사업 운영 주체의 변경
향후 ‘오마이걸’의 프로듀싱, 기획, 제작 및 매니지먼트는 RBW의 연결자회사인 ‘㈜DSP미디어’가 총괄하여 진행합니다. ‘DSP미디어’는 오랜 시간 축적해 온 음악 제작과 아티스트 운영 역량을 바탕으로 ‘오마이걸’의 활동에 더욱 집중하고, 다양한 음악과 콘텐츠를 선보일 수 있도록 지원할 계획입니다.
이번 사업 조직 개편은 각 레이블의 색깔과 전문성을 강화하고 아티스트에게 최적의 환경을 제공하기 위한 것입니다.
앞으로도 (주)알비더블유 (RBW)와 (주)스트레인지랩 (StrangeLab), (주)DSP미디어, 그리고 모든 소속 아티스트에게 변함없는 관심과 응원 부탁드립니다.

[NOTICE] Changes to the Label Operating Structure of RBW Inc. Group
Hello, this is RBW Inc.
We would like to sincerely thank all fans and shareholders for your continued support of RBW and our artists.
RBW is making changes to part of its label operating structure within the group to strengthen the expertise of each label and create an environment that allows us to focus more closely on our artists. The changes are as follows.
■ WM Entertainment Inc. Changes Its Corporate Name to StrangeLab Inc.
Following the comprehensive transfer of business last April, 257 Entertainment and WM Entertainment Inc., which have been incorporated into RBW, will embark on a new beginning together under one name: StrangeLab Inc.
The name ‘WM Entertainment’ will remain a cherished part of the journey we have shared over the years, while we look forward to building the future under the new name, 'StrangeLab'.
■ StrangeLab Inc. will focus primarily on two areas of business.
First, StrangeLab will pursue new strategic businesses that combine RBW Group’s intellectual property (IP), including music, video and artist IP, with IT technology, with the aim of maximizing global added value.
Second, as the agency representing XLOV and LU, StrangeLab will continue to oversee all aspects of their artist-related activities, including producing, planning and production, while developing into a distinctive music label with its own unique identity.
■ Change in the Operating Entity for Artist ‘OH MY GIRL’
Going forward, DSP MEDIA CO., LTD., a consolidated subsidiary of RBW, will oversee the producing, planning, production and management of OH MY GIRL. Drawing on its extensive experience and expertise in music production and artist management, DSPmedia will focus more closely on OH MY GIRL’s activities and support the group in presenting a diverse range of music and content.
This organizational restructuring is intended to strengthen the identity and expertise of each label and provide our artists with an environment optimized for their activities.
