K-POP 교육, 연수 프로그램은 가수, 댄서, 엔터테이너를 꿈꾸는 전세계의 아티스트 지망생들이 실제 K-POP 아티스트로 캐스팅 되어 데뷔할 때까지 겪게 되는 일련의 과정들을 직접 참여하여, 경험해 볼 수 있도록 개발된 새로운 방식의 글로벌 아티스트 양성 프로그램입니다. 본 프로그램은 녹음실, 안무실, 합주실 등 통합 시설 인프라를 갖춘 400평 규모의 알비더블유 글로벌 트레이닝 센터에서 진행되며 1주, 1달 코스의 프로그램으로 구성되어 있습니다. 또한 항시 상주하는 K-POP 전문 프로듀서, 작가, 디렉터, 트레이너는 최고의 아티스트 양성을 위한 알비더블유 만의 훌륭한 인적 인프라로 작용하고 있습니다.
알비더블유를 거쳐간 중국, 베트남, 인도네시아 등 다국적 인재들은 현지의 아티스트로서 뛰어난 역량을 발휘하고 있습니다. 전세계 아티스트를 양성하는 글로벌 트레이닝 거점지로서 양질의 교육과 체계적 시스템 제공을 약속합니다.

RBW’s K-POP Education Training & Tour Program is a newly developed version of global artist training program. Our new program provides KPOP artist aspirants with opportunities to have the same experiences that famous KPOP artists have gone through before making their debut. This program proceeds in RBW global training center, 400 square meters, equipped with full facilities including recording studio, dance room, ensemble room, accommodations, and fitness rooms inside. Not only the facilities, human resources of RBW, producers, directors, trainers, and A&R staffs specialized in K-POP, will provide the best experience to the participants

RBW’ Enter-Tour is an advanced model of K-POP entertainment tour program which is organized to provide foreign tourists to Korea with a chance to experience both KPOP artist training system and Seoul tour at once
